Who is behind ii2030

The story behind

Aline Menden and Christina Tewes-Gradl founded Endeva in 2007 as a consulting company to drive the inclusive business approach. 10 years later, they both came back from their maternity leaves. With this fresh perspective, they thought about what Endeva should do next. They wanted to create a flagship event that should embody the value proposition of Endeva. It should focus on system innovation, it should bring together the right set of people to find solutions, it should be fun, energetic, creative. ii2030 had been born… or rather, seeded. It was nurtured by the Endeva team until the first ii2030 went on stage in October 2017. And it has been growing and evolving ever since.

About Endeva

Endeva facilitates system innovations that serve people and planet.

We want to co-create a world where everyone thrives – a world with systems that are inclusive and regenerative. We innovate systems consciously and collectively to get to the future we want. Through collaboration, we can make it happen.

As a mission-led organization, we are independent and impact-focused. We see our clients as partners in our mission and often work with them over the long term to achieve tangible impact. This allows us to act as a trusted facilitator of co-creation even among parties who would not usually meet or collaborate.

ii2030 Facilitators

ii2030 is a system innovation methodology. Experienced facilitators guide participants through our three step process. Often, they collaborate with content track leads who bring the thematic expertise. Below we feature some dear members of our facilitator team:
